Copyright & DMCA Policy

Effective date: July 16, 2026

1. Our Position on Intellectual Property

Leaflet is a knowledge-learning platform. We respect the intellectual property of others and require our users to do the same. Leaflet's course content, interactive components, practices, reference solutions, graphics, brand, and code are protected by applicable law and may not be copied, resold, or republished without authorization.

2. Infringement Notice (Takedown / DMCA)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe content on Leaflet infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice requesting removal or blocking of the relevant material.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail to locate it (e.g. page URL or course/section).
  • Your contact information: name, email, and address/phone if needed.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. How to Submit

Send your complete notice to [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Notice". Incomplete notices may delay our response.

4. Our Process

  • After receiving a compliant notice, we will review it within a reasonable time and may remove or block the allegedly infringing material.
  • Where applicable, we may notify the relevant content provider.
  • We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the removal was a mistake, and consent to jurisdiction where applicable. We may forward the counter-notice to the original complainant.

6. Abuse and Misrepresentation

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may carry legal liability. Please submit only when you have a good-faith basis.

7. Updates and Contact

We may update this policy. For copyright matters, contact [email protected]. Before public operation, a designated copyright agent and legal address for service should be added.
