Refund Policy

1. General Principle
Leaflet Pro is a digital subscription that gives immediate access to premium content once activated. As a result, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and used or elapsed subscription periods are typically not refundable.
2. Refund Exceptions
We generally provide a refund or equivalent remedy in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same subscription, we refund the duplicate charge.
- Technical issues: if a technical problem on our side prevented you from receiving the Pro access you paid for and support could not resolve it in a reasonable time.
- Incorrect charge: a clear billing error in amount or currency.
- Legally required: where consumer-protection law in your region requires a refund or cooling-off period, we comply with that law.
3. Situations Usually Not Refundable
- Forgetting to cancel before a new auto-renewal period, when Pro remained usable during that period.
- Changing your mind after substantial use of Pro features.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the scope of free content or learning outcomes (please try the free chapters before purchasing).
4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
All subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account page; after cancellation you will not be charged again and keep Pro until the end of the current paid period. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" and include your registered email, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; refunds may need verification against Paddle records and are returned to the original payment method, with timing depending on your bank or payment provider.
